Zoho SalesIQ MCP Server

Soon

Connect Zoho SalesIQ once, then use it from Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, Perplexity, Cursor or Antigravity.

The Zoho SalesIQ MCP server is a connector on HeyMetra, a remote MCP server for marketing and revenue data. You authorise Zoho SalesIQ once with OAuth, and it becomes available as tools to Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, Perplexity, Cursor or Antigravity. It is read-only: nothing here can change your Zoho SalesIQ account. Zoho SalesIQ is not available yet — it is marked Soon and cannot be connected, and it sits alongside 15 other sources behind the same connection.

What Zoho SalesIQ is

Zoho SalesIQ is the live chat and visitor tracking on your website. It is where somebody who is not yet a lead asks their first question.

Prompts that work once it is connected

You type these into Claude or ChatGPT. HeyMetra never sees the conversation — only the tool calls it decides to make.

  • How many chats came in last week, and how many did nobody answer?
  • Which department took the most chats this month?
  • Which days of the week are busiest on live chat?

Setting it up

Two steps, in this order: authorise Zoho SalesIQ in HeyMetra — you sign in on Zoho SalesIQ's own screen, so no password reaches us — then add HeyMetra as a remote MCP server where you ask. The second step is the one that differs.

  1. Claude

Claude calls remote MCP servers "connectors" and adds them from its own settings, under Connectors.

    Set up in Claude

  2. ChatGPT

ChatGPT adds remote MCP servers from its settings; the option is account- and plan-dependent and OpenAI has moved it more than once.

    Set up in ChatGPT

  3. Claude Code

Claude Code adds a remote server from the terminal — `claude mcp add --transport http <name> <url>` — or from a `.mcp.json` file in the project root; `/mcp` inside a session shows what is connected.

    Set up in Claude Code

  4. Codex

Codex reads MCP servers from its own config file, under an `mcp_servers` section.

    Set up in Codex

  5. Perplexity

Perplexity adds remote MCP servers in its settings rather than in a file: Settings → Connectors → Custom connector → Remote, which asks for an HTTPS MCP server URL. Perplexity documents it as a Pro, Max and Enterprise feature.

    Set up in Perplexity

  6. Cursor

Cursor reads MCP servers from an `mcp.json` file — one per project under `.cursor/`, or a global one in your home directory.

    Set up in Cursor

  7. Antigravity

Antigravity reads MCP servers from an `mcp_config.json` file — one per project under `.agents/`, or a global one at `~/.gemini/config/mcp_config.json` — and a remote server is declared with `serverUrl`, not `url`.

    Set up in Antigravity

Frequently asked

Is the Zoho SalesIQ connector available yet?

No. Zoho SalesIQ is marked Soon and cannot be connected. 7 of the 16 sources work today; this is not one of them, and no plan includes it yet.

What can I ask about Zoho SalesIQ once it is connected?

Whatever the tools can answer — you type the question into Claude or ChatGPT, not into anything of ours. For example: “How many chats came in last week, and how many did nobody answer?” or “Which department took the most chats this month?”

Can HeyMetra change my Zoho SalesIQ account?

No. This connector is read-only: HeyMetra has no tool that writes to Zoho SalesIQ.

How do I connect Zoho SalesIQ to Claude or ChatGPT?

You connect Zoho SalesIQ to HeyMetra once — by signing in on Zoho SalesIQ, so no password reaches us — and then add HeyMetra as a remote MCP server in whichever of them you use. There is a setup page here for each one.

What does the Zoho SalesIQ connector cost?

Nothing on its own. Plans are priced by how many connectors and seats you get, not per connector or per tool call, and every plan can reach every connector that is live. The pricing page carries the current figures.

Connectors next to this one

The other half of the question lives in a different category: Google Search Console data sits behind the same connection, which is what lets one answer cover both.

Zoho SalesIQ is not available yet

This page exists so it is ready when the connector is. Do not buy a plan for Zoho SalesIQ — tell us you want it instead, and we will say when it lands rather than when we hope it will.
