Cancel from Billing
Cancel on the Billing page in the app before the trial ends and nothing is charged. Do nothing and your plan simply carries on.

A smaller plan deletes nothing
Connections over the new limit go to sleep with their login kept. Move back up and they answer again, with nothing to reconnect.
Pricing questions
What am I paying for, if you do not run the model?
The connections: authorised access to your accounts, the tools over that access, and a record of every request. The answering happens in Claude or ChatGPT, on the subscription you already pay for, so no model of ours is folded into your plan.
Is there a free tier or a trial?
There is no free tier. There is a trial: every plan starts with 7 days free. You add a card when you sign up, and the first charge comes when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. While you try it, you get exactly what your plan includes.
How does annual billing work?
Pick annual and you pay for the year once, up front, through DodoPayments, for less than twelve monthly payments would come to. The card shows the yearly total you are charged, with that total divided by twelve beside it so you can set the two side by side.
Which accounts can I connect?
Google Search Console, Trendyol, n11, Çiçeksepeti, Amazon Seller Central, WooCommerce, Stripe, Zoho CRM, Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Marketing Automation, AppsFlyer, RevenueCat, Jira, PostHog, Adapty and App Store Connect, on every plan. Each connector page says what it reads and what, if anything, it can change.
Does the plan limit how many questions I can ask?
No. Conversations are unlimited on every plan. What a plan sets is how many connectors you can have wired up at once, how many accounts you can hold across them, and how many people share them. The limits cover every workspace you own, and there is no limit on how many workspaces you open.
Can every plan send to my linked channel?
Every plan can send to the channel you linked, and you can have every send wait for your approval. Every plan can also change an account. Whether a particular account may be changed is still yours to answer when you connect it, and every change waits for your approval. Reading is the same on every plan: no connector, and no tool that only reads, is held back for a higher tier.
What is the difference between a connector and a connected account?
A connector is the service, Meta Ads for example, and a connected account is one login inside it. An agency running eight clients on Meta Ads uses one connector and eight accounts. Your plan sets both numbers, and the account number is usually the one you reach first.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move between the paid plans whenever your needs change, and switch between monthly and annual billing at renewal.
