Amazon Seller Central MCP server · Ecommerce Beta

Ask your AI about your Amazon sales

Seller Central spreads your sales, your FBA stock and Amazon’s fees across reports you download one at a time. This connector lets you ask about them from your own AI assistant: what you sold last week, which products are about to run out, and what Amazon charged you in fees.

7 days free, then your plan starts. You add a card to begin, and you can cancel before the first charge.

Connect Amazon Seller Central to Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Perplexity, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or Antigravity, with one connection, on the subscription you already pay for.

Ask, and have it done

Questions

  • How many units did I sell on Amazon last week, and for how much?
  • Which FBA products are about to run out?
  • What did Amazon charge me in fees last month?
  • What are customers complaining about in my Amazon feedback this month?

Actions

  • Update a listing's price or quantity

  • Change a listing's title or description

  • Confirm that an order has shipped

  • Ask a buyer for a product review

Each change comes to you written out in full, and nothing happens until you approve it. What to ask any connector that can make changes

What Amazon Seller Central is

Amazon Seller Central is where third-party sellers manage what they sell on Amazon’s marketplaces, from listings and orders to inventory and payouts.

Sales

Units, orders and sales for any period, by day, week or month, for each Amazon store you sell in.

Inventory

What is in Amazon's warehouses for you, what is on its way in and what is about to run out.

Fees and payouts

What Amazon charged in referral, fulfilment and other fees, and what it paid out, line by line.

What it costs to read your Amazon sales

One Amazon store is one connector on your plan, and questions are not metered. A bigger plan only lets you connect more stores and accounts.

Frequently asked

Why does Amazon Seller Central say Beta?

It is open, and Amazon has approved HeyMetra to read Seller Central. Beta means the first sellers are connecting now: if connecting does not work for your store, tell us through the contact page and we will fix it.

Which Amazon stores does it cover?

The stores your Seller Central account sells in, Amazon.com.tr among them. Each is its own connection, and amounts keep their own currency.

Can it tell me what customers complain about?

Yes. It reads your negative and neutral seller feedback, the reasons and comments customers gave when they returned an order, and your Account Health numbers, and sums them up by theme. In the US, UK and the large European stores it can also tell you which topics come up most in your product reviews.

Can it see my customers' names and addresses?

It is built to answer from sales totals, stock and fees, which carry no customer details. Amazon guards buyer details behind a separate approval.

Will it change prices on its own?

No. When you connect, you choose whether your assistant may propose changes. Each change it proposes comes to you written out and waits for your approval.

Works well with Amazon Seller Central

Sellers on Amazon often also sell on Trendyol, Hepsiburada or their own store. With each connected, one question can compare where a product sells best, keeping each marketplace's fees and currency separate.

Setting it up 3 steps. You sign in on the provider, so no password reaches us.

You sign in to Seller Central and authorise HeyMetra there, the way you would any app. There is no key to copy.

  1. 1

Choose the Amazon store you sell in

Choose Amazon Seller Central on the Connections screen and pick your store from the list, for example Turkey for Amazon.com.tr.

HeyMetra works out the Seller Central address and the region from it, so there is no URL to type.

  2. 2

Sign in to Seller Central and approve HeyMetra

Amazon opens its own approval page. Sign in with your Seller Central account and approve HeyMetra. You come back here once it is done.

It is the Seller Central login, not your shopping account on Amazon.

  3. 3

Add HeyMetra to the assistant you use

Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Codex. Your Amazon store answers there once it connects.

Then add HeyMetra where you ask

When it does not work 2 things that actually go wrong, and what each one is.
Seller Central will not let you approve HeyMetra.
Approving an app needs a Seller Central user allowed to manage apps. The account's primary user always is.
Sign in as the primary user, or ask them to give your user permission to manage apps, then connect again.
It connects, and the store you sell in is not listed.
A different store was chosen. Amazon answers for the stores in the region of the one you picked.
Connect again and choose the store you sell in. Each store is its own connection.

Ask Amazon what sold last week

Connect Seller Central once, then ask about your sales from the assistant you already use.
