Why it works this way.
Most MCP servers cover one product, because most are built by the company that owns that product. That is fine until a question needs more than one account, and the useful ones often do. An app owner putting last month's installs by campaign beside new subscriptions needs AppsFlyer and RevenueCat together; a WooCommerce seller asking what was left after refunds needs the store and Stripe. A server that sees one account cannot put them in one answer. HeyMetra exists for that gap.
The harder half is what happens when your assistant can change something. A read leaves the account as it was; a change does not, and HeyMetra cannot undo it. So every account starts read-only, and every change your assistant proposes waits for a person to approve it.

Your data stays where it lives
HeyMetra does not copy your accounts into a warehouse of ours. When you ask a question, it reads from the connected account at that moment and answers. The figures are as current as the account itself, and there is no second copy of your business for anyone to secure.

You keep your own model
The reasoning happens in the assistant you already pay for. We run no model, so there is no AI usage on your HeyMetra bill. It also means we never see your conversation, only what it asks your accounts for.

Reading is where every account starts
An account you connect can be read and nothing more until you allow changes there. Some platforms grant reading and changing together, so we hold that line on our side: an account you have not opened for changes cannot be changed through us.

Nothing changes until a person approves it
When your assistant asks to change something, it first tells you what it will change and in which account, and nothing runs until you say yes. What you approve is what runs, and HeyMetra cannot undo it afterwards, which is why it waits for you.

Credentials we cannot read
Where a provider offers its own sign-in you sign in on their site, so your password never reaches us. Any key you paste in is stored encrypted, never shown back to you and never written to logs. Revoking access on the provider’s side cuts the connection immediately, with no step required from us.

We say who else touches your data
The Privacy Policy lists every sub-processor rather than describing them as “trusted partners”, and it is explicit about the one link we do not control: the answer goes to the assistant you asked in, under your agreement with its operator, not ours. We would rather point at that than let it go unmentioned.
