Ask your AI about your ikas store
ikas runs your own online store: products, stock across your locations, orders, customers and campaigns. This connector is for asking about them from your own AI assistant: how many orders came in this week and how many are unpaid, which products ran out of stock, and who your best customers were last month.
Connect ikas to Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Perplexity, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or Antigravity, with one connection, on the subscription you already pay for.
Ask, and have it done
Questions
- How many ikas orders came in this week, and how many are unpaid?
- Which products are out of stock in my ikas store?
- Who were my top customers last month?
- Which of this week's orders are still waiting to ship?
- Which customers ordered more than once this month?
- How much stock is left at each location for my best seller?
Actions
Each change comes to you written out in full, and nothing happens until you approve it. What to ask any connector that can make changes
What ikas is
ikas is a Turkish e-commerce platform where brands run their own online store, from products and stock to orders and campaigns.
Orders and payments
Orders for any period with their totals, payment status and package status, so how many of this week's orders are unpaid or still unshipped is one question rather than two filtered screens.
Products and stock
Every product and variant with its price and the stock held at each of your locations, which is where what ran out, and where, gets its answer.
Customers and campaigns
Your customers with what they ordered, and the campaigns running in the store, so the people who buy most and the discounts behind a busy week sit in the same answer.
Frequently asked
Can I connect ikas today?
Not yet for everyone. ikas is marked Soon while the first stores are connected; if you run an ikas store and want it early, tell us through the contact page.
How do I connect my ikas store?
Choose ikas on the Connections screen, type your store name and approve HeyMetra on ikas's own screen. No password or key is typed into HeyMetra, and you can remove the app from ikas at any time.
Where do the sales figures come from?
From the orders themselves. ikas does not offer a ready-made sales report to read, so totals for a period are worked out from that period's orders, and the answer says so.
Can it change my store?
Only with your approval. When you connect, you choose whether your assistant may propose changes; each change, such as a new price or a stock count, is shown to you in plain words and sent to ikas only after you approve it.
What exactly can it change?
With your approval each time: a product's price, its stock at a location, its details such as the name or description, a customer's details, and an order's progress, marking it shipped or cancelling or refunding a line. Removing anything works the same way: it is proposed and waits for you. It cannot change your store's theme, because HeyMetra never asks ikas for that permission.
Does it see stock at each of my locations?
Yes. Stock is read per location, so it can tell you what is running low in one warehouse while another still has plenty, and a stock change names the location it applies to.
Which AI assistants does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex and any other assistant that supports MCP connectors. You add HeyMetra to the assistant once and ask your ikas store from there.
What happens to my data if I remove the app?
HeyMetra reads your store at the moment you ask and does not keep a copy. When you remove the app in ikas, the connection closes and its access is destroyed on our side; nothing about your customers is left to delete.
Can I ask about more than one ikas store?
Yes. Each store is its own connection, named the way you would say it, so you can ask about one store or put two side by side.
Works well with ikas
ikas holds what sold in your own store. If you also sell on Trendyol, Hepsiburada or n11, those accounts answer the marketplace half of the same question, and the answer keeps each channel apart rather than adding them up.
Setting it up 3 steps. You sign in on the provider, so no password reaches us.
No key to copy. Type your store name, the part before .myikas.com, and approve HeyMetra on ikas's own screen; you come back to HeyMetra already connected.
- 1
Type your store name
Choose ikas on the Connections screen and type the part of your store address before .myikas.com.
For mystore.myikas.com it is mystore.
- 2
Approve HeyMetra on ikas
ikas opens its own approval page for your store. Approve HeyMetra there and you come back here, connected.
- 3
Add HeyMetra to the assistant you use
Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Codex. Your ikas store answers there once it connects.
Then add HeyMetra where you ask
When it does not work 1 things that actually go wrong, and what each one is.
One thing is known to go wrong, and it is the store name rather than the connection: ikas has to recognise the name before it can show its approval screen.
- ikas says the store was not found.
- The store name has a typo, or it is your own domain rather than the ikas one.
- Use the name in your ikas admin address: name.myikas.com/admin.
