How HeyMetra works with Shopify
HeyMetra reads your Shopify store to answer questions about orders, best-sellers, and revenue trends. It’s a read-only source: HeyMetra reads your store and never changes a product, a price, or an order.
How to connect
API key-
In Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps and create an app.

Under Configuration → Admin API integration, grant read access to orders and products.

Install the app, then copy the Admin API access token — it is shown once.

Open Connections in HeyMetra and choose Shopify, then paste your myshopify.com domain and the token.

Ask your first question — grounded in your live store data.

- Shopify is a read-only source — HeyMetra reads it to answer questions and build reports, and never changes the account.

Is the Shopify connector available yet?
Not yet. Shopify is launching soon; Google Search Console, Trendyol, WooCommerce, Zoho CRM, AppsFlyer, Adapty, App Store Connect, Slack, Telegram and Email are what works today. It appears in your workspace the moment it goes live, with nothing to do on your side.
What can HeyMetra answer about Shopify?
