What is Trendyol?

Trendyol is Turkey’s largest e-commerce marketplace, where sellers list products and fulfil orders at scale. It’s a custom HeyMetra connector built on Trendyol’s Seller (Marketplace) API.

How HeyMetra works with Trendyol

HeyMetra reads your Trendyol seller account to answer questions about orders, listings, and marketplace performance in plain language. When a change to your listings would help, it proposes the action and applies it only after you approve.

   Sign in to the Trendyol Seller (Partner) panel and open your Marketplace API / integration settings.

   Create or copy your Seller ID and API key (API key and secret) for the Marketplace API.

   Open Connections in HeyMetra and choose Trendyol.

   Paste your Seller ID and API credentials, then save — they’re stored securely and never shown again.

   Ask your first question — grounded in your live Trendyol seller data.

• “Which listings are selling fastest right now?
• “Which products are running low on stock?
• “How is my marketplace revenue trending this month?

Actions it can take

Every action is proposed first and runs only after you approve it — nothing changes in Trendyol until you say yes.

• Update a listing’s price or stock — proposed first, applied only once you approve.
• Adjust product details on a listing you review.
• Flag or organize orders based on rules you confirm.
